Process management

Process management allows you to configure processes according to your requirements.

Process management: First Steps — The process management function in MOXIS allows you, as an administrator, to create your own processes. To do this, you must be assigned the role of moxisProcess Designer. You can learn more about roles in MOXIS in our Admin Manual FAQ section.

Prozess management: Common-Tab — The Common-tab allows you to define the general settings for your process.

Process management: Access-Tab — Using the Access tab, you can define roles and add additional attributes. Basically, this determines which user groups have access to which functions and in what form.

Process management: Signature-tab — In the Signature-tab, you can define signature processes for external and internal persons.

Prozess management: Documents-tab — In the Documents tab, you can configure settings for documents and attachments.

Process management Iterations-tab — In the Iterations-tab, you can configure settings for iteration levels.

Process management: Branding-tab — In the Branding tab, you can assign your corporate design to processes in MOXIS. For more information on branding, please refer to the MOXIS 4.53 User Manual.

Process management: E-Mail-tab — In the Email tab, you can configure settings for sending emails.

Prozess management: Hooks-tab — Hooks are automatic post-processing steps in MOXIS. You can configure them in this tab of the process management.

Process management: Remarks-tab — MOXIS offers you the option of leaving comments on signed and rejected documents.

Process management: Formfields-tab — MOXIS offers you the option of adding formfields to documents. You can configure the settings for the fields in the Formfields-tab.
