Process management: Formfields-tab

MOXIS offers you the option of adding formfields to documents. You can configure the settings for the fields in the Formfields-tab.
1. The Formfields-tab in Process Management
To open the Formfields tab in Process Management, go to the Administration area and open Process Management. Then click on the base process you want to edit or create a new one. Under the formfields tab (see figure 1 [1]), you can configure the settings for form fields.

If you check the box next to Detect form fields (see figure 1 [2]), form fields will be displayed.
If you check the box next to Formfields-Toolbox enabled (see figure 1 [3]), the form fields toolbox will be made available for further editing.
XiTip
This feature was introduced because sometimes there may be documents that cannot be edited when the form fields feature is enabled. If you encounter the problem that one of your documents cannot be signed while the form fields feature is enabled, try disabling this feature first. You can re-enable it at any time.
