[v4.52] Subsequent job processing

As it can sometimes be necessary for clients to edit orders retrospectively, MOXIS also offers this feature. This article provides an overview of your options for retrospective order processing.

1. Editing MOXIS jobs afterwards

To edit an order, open the detailed view of the order in the Orders in progress folder. In addition to the option of cancelling the order (see figure 1 [1]), the following editing options are available here (see figure 2):

(1) Calendar Icon: Click on the calendar icon to change the expiry date (see Figure 2 [1]).

(2) Signature Quality Release: Persons in an iteration can be replaced provided they have not yet released the job (see figure 2 [2]).

(3) External signers: They can as well be replaced provided they have not yet signed (see figure 2 [3]).

XiTip
You can also edit the contact in the address book. For example, the phone numbers of an active external contact can be changed here.

(4) Additional Signature Qualities: Persons from other iterations with other signature qualities can also be replaced, provided that they have not yet signed the order (see figure 2 [4]).
