[v4.49] Adding recepients and group via the address books
In the address book you can always select from private entries. If a global address book (optional) is also available, you can access the contacts and groups that are saved there.

Within the address books you have the following options (see figure 1):
In the search field, begin searching for the recipient's name or e-mail address or for a group by typing at least the first three letters. MOXIS automatically suggests existing entries from the address book. Only one group can be added per iteration.
With the buttons ALL, INTERNAL, GROUPS, and EXERNAL and EXT. GROUPS, you can filter the displayed contacts according to the desired recipient group.
Click on the Add contact button to add new external contacts. New internal recipients must be defined as users in the administrator interface (see figure 2).
By ticking the check boxes next to the corresponding names, you can save several contacts as recipients at the same time. Please note that these contacts must be from the same recipient group (INTERNAL or EXTERNAL).
By clicking on the SAVE button, the settings are applied.
Please note that EXT. GROUPS are only saved in the global address book and can only be displayed and selected in combination with the serial function (optional).
