[v4.49] Edit observers (optional)

Under the menu item Edit observer, other MOXIS users can be granted access to signature or approval processes (see figure 2). Observers do not have any intervention possibilities on the processes visible to them – they only have reading rights.

To add viewers to your folder, simply click on + Add observer. An entry screen opens in which you can configure the following details (see figure 1):

• Type: Your personal signature folder or approval folder or both.

• Name of the folder: This is the name under which the folder is displayed to the observer.

• Observers: You grant this person the right to observe your folder.
