[v4.49] Deny jobs

If upon checking the job, it is your opinion that you cannot sign or approve it, there is the option of denying it. You can carry this out in the overview (see figure 1) or in the detail view.

Depending on the process configuration set by the administrator, entering a reason for refusal is optional or required (see figure 2).

If it is required, it can be entered directly in the refusal reason field. In this case, the process can be completed only after the input has been made.

Alternatively, you have the option to position one or more refusal reasons in the document (see figure 3 and [v4.49] Positioning refusal comments).

The job receives the final status Denied and now appears under Closed jobs. The status here is highlighted in red (see figure 4).
