This overview lists all improvements, bug fixes and security updates that have been made for release 4.54.1.

1. Signature & document processes

After signing using Swisscom, a message is now displayed prompting the user to close the browser tab. This ensures clear and understandable user guidance after completing the signature process.
Templates with placeholders can now also be applied to documents that have already been signed, e.g. for downstream document creation or archiving processes.
Form fields filled out by signatories in MOXIS are now also reliably stored on mobile devices and are fully available after signing.
The audit trail now clearly distinguishes between approval, simple, advanced and qualified signatures. This further improves traceability and compliance.
If a visualisation is added to an additional signature, the log receives a corresponding entry.

In the MOXIS Business Cloud, the branding page is displayed directly when the E-mail Editor is opened, which speeds up configuration and makes it clearer.
The company name in the branding of the MOXIS email editor can now be up to 255 characters long.
The input field for the SMTP sender in the MOXIS email editor now also supports up to 255 characters.
The SMTP sender is now also accepted in the format ‘MOXIS Service no-reply@moxis.cloud’, offering more flexibility in sender definition.
Hungarian special characters are now displayed correctly in the subject line of email notifications.
From now on, excessively long file names will be abbreviated with three dots (...) at the end for better clarity in the order log.

When creating database users, login names are now also accepted if parts of them are already contained in other user names. This simplifies administration and avoids unnecessary restrictions.

A bug has been fixed: Reminder and completion notifications with logs are no longer sent when multiple placeholders are used.
