How to use the XiTrust Documentation efficiently

The XiTrust Documentation is your central entry point for instructions, user guides, FAQs, release notes, and PDF manuals covering XiTrust products (e.g., MOXIS, XignUp, etc.). This article shows you how to use our documentation platform efficiently.
1. Getting started efficiently
On the documentation platform’s homepage, you’ll find the most important sections as tiles, for example:

1.1. The fastest way to start
On the homepage, select the tile that matches your goal (e.g., “MOXIS … User Guides”).
Then open the navigation on the left to jump directly to the topic you need.
2. Switching languages (DE ↔ EN)
At the top of the page header, you’ll find the DE / EN language switch. One click changes the language of the entire documentation.
XiTip
If you want to view or share a single article in the other language, scroll to the bottom of the article. In the page footer, you’ll find a drop-down menu that lets you switch languages for that article. This video shows the best way to proceed.
3. Selecting and switching to the correct MOXIS version
Our MOXIS manuals are version-specific because MOXIS receives annual updates. You can recognize the version immediatey:
by the version label on the overview page (e.g., [4.54]), and
by the URL structure, which also contains the version number, e.g.
MOXIS 4.54 Enterprise Cloud & On-Premises User Manual
3.1. How to find out about your MOXIS version
Directly in MOXIS
In your personal settings, there is typically an About MOXIS-section that shows, among other things, the current version number.Via the Help button in MOXIS
In MOXIS (top right), the Help button takes you directly to the technical documentation for the version you are currently using.
3.2. Switching versions (if you’re already in the manual)
If you’ve ended up in the wrong manual, switch to the correct version by opening the drop-down menu in the top right and selecting the right version. This short video explains the process.
