MOXIS Spring Release 4.53 on May 20, 2025

As we all know, May brings new beginnings – and so MOXIS will also be shining in a new guise from May 2025 with version 4.53. But what exactly has changed?

1. MOXIS 4.53: The new features

The Spring Release 2025 sets new standards. The focus is on innovative features specifically for external signers who sign documents via MOXIS Guest. This makes digital signatures even easier, more secure and more flexible for everyone. 1.1. MOXIS Guest for external signatories is TÜV-certified

MOXIS Guest now meets digital accessibility requirements. Thanks to TÜV certification, MOXIS Guest for external signers will be accessible to all users from June onwards. Find out more here.

1.2. Uploading attachments in MOXIS Guest for external signers

In MOXIS Guest, it is now possible for signers to add attachments as part of the signature process. Further information can be found here.

1.3 Self-service identification procedure in the browser in MOXIS Guest for external signers

As part of the signature process, identification in accordance with eIDAS/ZertES can now be carried out in MOXIS Guest for external signers. Further information can be found here.

1.4. Signature visualisations are now clickable in MOXIS Guest

This feature now allows external signers to sign contracts intuitively and without barriers with a simple click on the signature visualisation. More information can be found here.

1.5. Comments can be added at iteration levels when creating jobs for external signers

From version 4.53 onwards, comments can be added in MOXIS Guest for external signers when creating jobs. Further information can be found here.

1.7. NEW: The MOXIS Teams Connector from XiTrust

Starting with the Spring Release 2025, it will be possible to bring documents directly from Teams for signing. You can read how this works here.

1.8. Further changes

In addition to extensions to the email editor templates, further items have been added to the notifications in MOXIS. Chinese characters are now also available in signature visualisations.
