Why is my MOXIS dashboard blank?
Occasionally, the order overview in the MOXIS dashboard does not display any entries. This is usually due to permissions or the browser. Follow the steps below in order.
Solution 1: Check roles and permissions
MOXIS allows for a very granular role and permission concept. Overlapping or mutually exclusive permissions can result in orders not being visible.
How to proceed:
Contact your MOXIS administrator.
Have the roles and permissions for the person concerned checked.
Solution 2: Clear your browser cache and cookies
Outdated data in your browser can prevent the display.

To test in advance whether this is actually the cause, open a private/incognito window and log in to MOXIS there. If the orders are now displayed, the cache is the cause.
How to proceed:
Delete your browser's cache and cookies.
If necessary, test a second browser.
Solution 3: Disable automatic translation/extensions
Automatic translators (e.g., Google Translate) or certain browser extensions can change UI elements and empty the order list.
How to proceed:
Disable automatic translation for the MOXIS domain.
Test by disabling extensions (ad blockers, script blockers) or use a private window.
Solution 4: (Optional) Quick check MOXIS & access
Was the user recently created or has their role changed?
Check whether the user is logged in to the correct client/workspace (if your company uses several).
