How does the switch from the mobile phone signature to ID Austria affect MOXIS?

If you switch from the mobile phone signature to ID-Austria, this may affect MOXIS. Whether you need to make changes to your MOXIS account depends

• on the type of digital identity you use and

• on whether data has already been stored.

1. When using MOXIS with ID Austria in the basic function

In this case, you do not need to make any changes, even if you have stored data. You will still be identified by your telephone number and password.

2. When using MOXIS with ID Austria with full functionality

In the case of stored data, you have to make a change in the Signature type-menu in the tab Mobile phone signature or A-Trust (from version 4.49). The identification is now done with your ID Austria user name.

2.1. Step-by-step instructions for a smooth MOXIS conversion to ID Austria with full functionality

Step 1: Click on the user icon in the top right corner.

Step 2: Select your username from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: In the settings, open the Signature type menu depending on the MOXIS version.

Step 4: Enter your ID-Austria user name (depending on the MOXIS version) in the Handy-Signatur or A-Trust tab.

Step 5: Finish the process by clicking on the [Save]-button.
