What should I do if the signature does not work via smartphone?
Sometimes, a signature may not work on a smartphone but can be processed without any problems on a computer. This article explains the problem and shows you the best way to proceed.
The problem
When signees sign a document on a smartphone, it may appear to them that they have successfully signed the document. However, the job is then displayed as unsuccessful in MOXIS, and the signature is missing from the document as wel. The signees do not receive an error message either.
If, on the other hand, the signature is made on a computer (laptop, PC, etc.), there are no problems.
The solution
For a signature to be considered complete in a document, the user must return to the MOXIS interface in the final step. If a signature is provided on a computer, this happens automatically.
However, this often does not happen automatically on a smartphone, as you only ever see one tab at a time. The user must therefore return to the MOXIS interface briefly on their mobile device. Then the digital signature is also child's play on a smartphone.
