Why am I constantly being logged out of my MOXIS account?

For security reasons, MOXIS has an automatic timeout function. When the timeout period is reached, users are automatically logged off. Thus, too long inactivity in MOXIS can trigger an automatic logoff.

Logging in with the same user data on a different computer, in a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.), in a private window or on a different device (e.g. smartphone) also results in an automatic logout.
