Why do I only see question marks instead of the client's name in my protocol?
Sometimes, the MOXIS job log may show question marks instead of names (see figure 1 [1]).

This is because MOXIS converts some characters (Unicode, see figure 2 [1]) into question marks to prevent the system from crashing. This is the desired behaviour, as otherwise you would be confronted with an error message. If you access the detailed view of the order and open the order log with a click (see figure 2 [2]), you can see that the characters originate from a different language system that cannot be implemented. This is why you see the view with the question marks in the Constitutent-field in the order log (see figure 1 [1]).
