Why is the signature not visible in the downloaded PDF document?
Sometimes, when you open a PDF, the signature image is not visible (see figure 1).

The problem is caused by the settings of the browser that is currently being used.
To make the signature visible, please use a special PDF tool such as Acrobat Reader DC or another PDF viewer.
