Why are manual e-mail notifications im MOXIS sent to the job creators with other recipients in CC?

If you use the email function to manually request a signature from a person of your choice, the recipient fields in the automatically generated Outlook will be filled out as follows.

FROM field: job creator (see figure 1 [1])

TO field: job creator (see figure 1 [2])

CC or BCC field: recipients (see figure 1 [3])

Since the reminder email can also be sent by administrators, representatives and other persons (depending on the process configuration), sending it to the job creator is intended to ensure that the latter are informed in any case.

The reason, why recipients of the job are contacted via the CC or BCC field is data protection. If several signees at one level need to be informed, they are contacted in blind copy for data protection reasons. This ensures that everyone is informed without each of the signees knowing who else is represented at the corresponding signature level.
