Why is it not possible to register with MOXIS?

If you have problems with logging into your MOXIS account, this may be due to a number of reasons:

  • Your account has not been activated for the MOXIS instance.

  • The user name is incorrect.

  • The password is incorrect.

In any case, please contact your in-house MOXIS administrator to enable you to access your account.
