Why do I get an error message when uploading documents for an order to be processed by MOXIS?

This error can have different causes.

1. The PDF document is too large.
   Solution: Please check the maximum file size in your MOXIS account.

2. The PDF document file name contains invalid characters: [^<>:;?\"*|/]+.
   Solution: Check the file name for special characters and remove them. (Please note: Valid for MOXIS version 4.50. From 4.52 there is an alternative solution to special characters.)

3. The file is corrupted.
   Solution: This can happen during the conversion process from MS Word to PDF. You can try to regenerate the PDF document using the print function in MS Word. To do this, select the Microsoft Print to PDF option in the printer properties.

4. The file format is not allowed.
   Solution: Only PDF files are allowed for the main document. Attachments can be uploaded in other formats if necessary. The accepted file formats for attachments can be set by your administrator.
