MOXIS Guest: What happens if an external signer opens a job in several tabs?

Sometimes it may happen that a job is opened in two or more windows simultaneously by an external signee. Imagine, for example, that someone is interrupted during the signing process and wants to restart the process later, although window 1 is still open.

If this is the case, a job can be ready for signing in one window (see figure 1 [1]) while it has been blocked in one (or more) other windows (see figure 1 [2]). Please note: This does not mean that the entire job has been blocked!

Solution:

Please close the window(s) that is (are) locked for further signatures (see figure 1 [2]). Then carry out the signature process as usual in the window that is unlocked for the signature (see figure 1 [1]).
