MOXIS Guest is our environment for external signees. Here, external persons, such as suppliers or tax accountants, can sign contracts and return them to you. But you know what they say about making an omelette: you have to break eggs. That is why we have compiled the most frequently asked questions on the topic of visualisations of external signees and their answers for you.

1. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) from external users:

1.1. How is a visualisation saved?

The visualisation is only saved if you click either the [Save]-button or the [Sign]-button. If you delete your draft by clicking the [Discard]-button, the visualisation will not be saved and you will not be able to restore the draft. If you close the visualisation mode by clicking the [Exit]-button, the visualisation will not be saved and it will not be possible to restore it.

1.2. Can I leave the visualisation mode without saving?

Yes, you can close the visualisation mode without saving by clicking on the [Exit]-button.

1.3. Can I change the visualisation after saving?

Yes, you can reopen the visualisation mode using the icon and make changes to the signature visualisation. The changes are adopted by clicking the [Save]-button or the [Sign]-button.

1.4. Why can't I see a signature preview after I have added a visualisation?

The visualisation mode is only used to determine the size and position of the signature visualisation. Therefore, no signature preview is displayed.

1.5. Can I complete the job without signature visualisation?

No, to complete the job you have to add the signature visualisation.

1.6. Can the signature visualisation be moved?

The signature visualisation can be moved anywhere on the page in the document where it has been added. It is not possible to move it beyond this page. However, you can discard the visualisation and reattach it to the desired page in the document.

1.7. Can a job contain multiple documents that include a signature visualisation?

Yes, that is possible. Place the signature visualisation in the first document in the intended position and save it. Open the file menu and add all the necessary signature visualisations. When you have finished and checked all the documents in the job, you can sign it to finish.

Please note: If you click the [Sign]-button prematurely, you will be notified of any missing signature visualisations. Furthermore, attachments do not require signature visualisations.
