[4.48] Why is the placeholder format not saved in signature profiles?

In MOXIS versions up to 4.48.3, you can use the drop-down menu to preview how your visualisation will be displayed in different placeholder formats in the document.

However, when you click the [Save]-button, only the settings for the profile name, signature picture, and picture caption are adopted. The placeholder format (e.g. flat design; see figure 1) is reset because it is defined in the system configuration.
