[Business & Now Cloud] Management of jobs sent to external signers (optional)

The management of existing jobs is described in [Business & Now Cloud] Managing jobs, but for jobs involving external persons, it is possible to call up the signature link sent by e-mail in the detail view. To do so, the following two options are available, which can be called up via the corresponding icons (see figure 1):

• Calling up the signature link: The user is directly forwarded to the signature page.

• Calling up the QR code: This QR code can be scanned with a cell phone and is forwarded to the signature page on the phone.
