[Business & Now Cloud] Qualified signature for external signers (optional)

Qualified Signatures are only available in the MOXIS Business Cloud!

If the process configuration for external signers provides for authentication via SMS-TAN, this additional function is also applied to the Qualified Signature. The handling is the same as for the Advanced Signature.

To access the document, the external signers need either an SMS-TAN.
