[Business & Now Cloud] Placeholder generator (optional)

Depending on the configuration or rights assignment, you have the option for creating placeholders that you can place on documents/templates in advance. The QR code of the placeholder contains the information as to who should sign in which process and in which quality (signature, approval, internal or external) and in which iteration. This can then no longer be changed later in the process because the placeholders are already uploaded as part of the document.

There are personal and group placeholders. Figure 1 shows a personal placeholder with which the user is to provide a signature (= U1) in the first iteration, where U stands for signature, 1 for the first iteration.

You can create such placeholders in the placeholder generator, which can be found under your profile settings (see figure 2).
