[Business & Now Cloud] Advanced signature via SMS-TAN for external signers (optional)

In case the SMS-TAN is activated for the process, you need to specify the cell phone number in addition to the name, e-mail address and language when creating an external contact (see figure 1).

If an external contact is selected for which the phone number has not yet been saved, it needs to be added in the pop-up that opens. Please note that the phone number must be entered without spaces.

When an external signer receives a job for signature that has been created with such a process configuration, an SMS TAN is sent to the defined phone number via a service. It needs to be entered in the pop-up by the signing person for authentication (see figure 2).
