[Business & Now Cloud] Advanced signature for external contacts (optional)

If is possible to secure access for external persons via an additional SMS-TAN and thus enable an advanced signature. If biometric data are recorded, the signature is also an advanced signature.

Depending on the process you choose, the signature quality is displayed as Advanced Signature instead of the Simple Signature in the user interface (see figure 1). Please make sure to have added a phone number, as the advanced signature does only work if a phone number is added.
