[Business & Now Cloud] Configuration of notifications

In the user settings, it is possible to configure process-dependent and regular e-mail notifications. For process-dependent notifications, e-mail notifications can be activated for each process and process step (see figure 1).

For periodic notifications, any number of notification periods can be stored (see figure 2). This results in notifications of all jobs received – so-called summary notifications.
