[Business & Now Cloud] View of multiple visualisations in Adobe Reader

Once the document has been signed, the validity of the document is displayed in Adobe Reader (see figure 1).

In our example (see figure 1), a three-page document is released for further processing by a simple signature. Each page must be initialled by this first iteration (see figure 1, ‘first signature’ in green).

In the next step, the documents are sent to external recipients in the same order in the second iteration. These sign the documents with a qualified signature (see figure 3, ‘Second signature’ in purple) - on pages one, two and three respectively.

Finally, the documents are returned and, after review, signed with a qualified signature by internal decision-makers (see figure 3, ‘Third signature’ in red). This is also done on all three pages at the same iteration.

As a result, only three signatures (SES, external QSig and internal QSig) are applied (instead of nine) and the additional visualisations relating to the respective signature are only applied as figurative marks.
