User management of invalid entries (migration from Keycloak)
Since MOXIS 4.53, both user synchronization and user management can process missing entries for first name, last name, and email address. Users with missing values in Keycloak are indicated by an exclamation mark warning symbol
in user management. This article describes how to handle such entries using two use cases.
1. Use Case 1: Migration of users with missing information from Keycloak to MOXIS 4.53 without an existing entry in MOXIS
If a user with missing entries has been migrated from Keycloak to MOXIS 4.53, the user can only be saved once the missing values have been added. Such missing values may include: first and last name or email address. If values are missing, they are marked with a red exclamation mark and a corresponding error message (see figure 1 [1]).

XiTip
If information is missing for a user, it must be corrected and added to MOXIS. Instead of the actual missing values, an empty string is displayed in MOXIS.
2. Use Case 2: Migration of users with missing information from Keycloak to MOXIS 4.53 with existing entries in MOXIS
If valid information for a user was already stored in MOXIS, this information is not overwritten with empty values during user synchronization. Instead, the last valid value is reused and a log entry is written.
XiTip
MOXIS does not synchronize user information from MOXIS with Keycloak if the user was provisioned via SCIM, IDP, or a user federation.
