OPTIONAL: Audit Trail
Content
This optional feature tracks certain actions in MOXIS and helps you evaluate them.
1. Audit Trail Overview
This optional feature offers you a range of options for evaluating specific actions in MOXIS. To get started, open the Audit Trail-tab in the administration interface (see figure 1 [1]).
XiTip
Please note: This feature is optional and must therefore be activated during the initial configuration of your instance. Otherwise, the Audit Trail tab will not be visible.
1.1 Report options using the audit trail
The following options are available in the audit trail:
XiTip
To use the audit trail fully and smoothly, please note the following information.
(1) Filter options
To narrow down your results, you can use the following filters:
(1.1) By date (see figure 1 [2])
Please note: Filtering is only possible for dates prior to yesterday. If you are searching for an entry that should have taken place today, please leave the fields blank, download the report as a CSV file and search for the relevant date.
(1.2) By Job-ID (see figure 1 [3])
(1.3) By user name (see figure 1 [4])
XiTip
Please note: Filtering is only possible for logged-in users. If you are searching for an entry that is likely to have information stored in the ‘Description’ column, download the report as a CSV file and search for the relevant information.
(2) Reports
To evaluate your results, you can choose from two different reports:
(2.1) Generate PDF report (see figure 1 [5])
Click on the corresponding button (see figure 1 [5]) if you want to save a report as a PDF. This can be used, for example, to pass on knowledge to your support team or another department.
(2.1) Generate CSV report (see figure 1 [6])
Click here if you want to save a report as a CSV file. This can be used, for example, as an additional source for reports. Alternatively, automatic further processing of the data would also be conceivable.
(3) Results in MOXIS
The results are immediately displayed in the table in MOXIS. You can retrieve the following information here (see Figure 1 [7]):
