This menu item allows you to configure error notifications.
1. Step-by-step instructions: Configuring error notifications in MOXIS
Step 1: Open the administration area in MOXIS and click on the menu item Error notifications (see figure 1 [1]). Error notifications can be configured in the overview.
Step 2: Enable the option Receive notifications by checking the box.
XiTip
Please note: If you do not check the box, you will not receive any notifications.
Step 3: Now you can configure the notifications (see figure 1). You have the following options:
(1) Receive for every error (see figure 1 [3])
If you check this option, you will automatically receive a notification for every error.
OR
(2) Receive periodic notifications (see figure 1 [4])
If you check this option, you will receive regular notifications. It does not matter if and when an error occurs. You will receive the notification on a regular basis, depending on your configuration. To do this, check the days of the week on which you want to receive notifications (see figure 1 [6]) and enter a specific time (see figure 1 [5]).
Step 4 (OPTIONAL): Add email recipients. To do so, add any email recipients for the notifications here and don't forget to press the [add]-button so that the relevant recipients receive the notifications (see figure 1 [7]).
Step 5: To apply your changes, please click on the [Save]-button.(see figure 1 [8])
