Introduction to MOXIS branding

If you want to give your MOXIS users a feeling of ‘home,’ you have the option of branding MOXIS entirely according to your preferences. There are two options:

• Settings that you can change yourself

• Settings that we at XiTrust will be happy to configure for you.

This chapter provides an overview of all the relevant options. Links also refer to subchapters that explain the individual components of MOXIS branding in more detail.

1. Branding in MOXIS 

1.1. You can change these settings yourself

• MOXIS: You can design the MOXIS internal area for your users so that it appears in your corporate identity.

• MOXIS Guest: The design can also be customised for external signatories. Specially created tenants (clients) also allow you to create additional templates (e.g. for branches).

• Signature profiles: These can also be created and customised by you. Again, it is possible to enter more than one signature profile.

• Email editor (optional): Here you will find information about email templates that you can customise according to your use case. Please note: This feature must have been activated during the initial configuration, otherwise it will not be visible in your MOXIS instance.

• Signature sheets: Signature sheets can be customised in the same way as signature profiles.

1.2. XiTrust changes these settings for you

• Primary colour (HEX value) for colour accents in the user interface. This applies to

  • buttons,

  • icons in tiles,

  • parts of fonts

  • and much more.

A transparent version of the primary colour is used for shading (e.g. when marking an order in the signature folder) and similar purposes.

• OPTIONAL: Warning or secondary colour (HEX value) for less frequent colour accents (e.g. the [Reject job]-button in the signature folder)

• OPTIONAL: Font and font files, if applicable (Please note: Only applies if a specific font is desired. In this case, we always require the font file, which must be provided to us. Please understand that XiTrust cannot provide individual fonts.)

• OPTIONAL: Individual placeholder graphics
