OPTIONAL: E-Mail Editor

Since MOXIS 4.50 (Spring Release 2024), administrators have been able to customise email templates in the email templates (based on the MOXIS notification engine). This only applies to the Enterprise version. The customisations can be made directly in MOXIS. This allows you to brand and design the content of both internal and external emails according to your requirements.

MOXIS E-Mail Editor was available in version 4.50 as an optional feature and was called Notification Engine MOXIS. The function had to be activated during the update to 4.50 or subsequently.

Starting with MOXIS 4.52, the email editor is a fixed component of MOXIS Enterprise and is customised to your requirements during the initial configuration. You will therefore find the templates under the ‘Email Editor’ tab in the administration area. In MOXIS 4.53, additional options have been added to the mail templates, allowing certain text passages linked to MOXIS to be expanded further.
