CSRD Report

Besides generating reports on users and general data, MOXIS lets you create a CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) report. This helps companies communicate transparently their positive contribution to sustainability.

1. Step-by-step instructions: Creating a CSRD report

Step 1: Log in to the MOXIS administration area and open the Reports menu item. Then click on the CSRD report tab (see figure 1 [1]).

Please ensure that you have stored your company logo in the Branding area. This ensures that the report appears in your branding.

Step 2: Select a time period for which you want to generate the CSRD report (see figure 1 [2]).

Please note: MOXIS 4.50 or higher is required for the CSRD report. The data for the report has only been available since the Spring Release 2024. Data generated before version 4.50 is not used for the CSRD report.

Step 3: You can create the report in German or English. To do so, please select the appropriate language (see figure 1 [3]).

Step 4: Click on the [Export]-button (see figure 1 [4]) to generate the report.

Step 5: The report (see Figure 2) is now available as a .pdf file.
