[ADMIN FAQ] How do I configure processes so that external signatories can only download documents once they have been signed by all participants?

If external signatories should only be able to download documents once the entire signature process has been completed, this can be defined in the process management.

To do this, please access the administration interface and open the process management. Now select the process that you would like to configure. Then switch to the Document tab.

Please uncheck the box next to Download documents before signature for external parties (see Figure 1 [1]).
