[ADMIN FAQ] How can I make the document available to people who are not involved in the signature process?

A document can also be made available to external persons who were not involved in the signature process. To do this, the corresponding hook[ADMIN] Prozessverwaltung Hooks(post-processing step) for the respective process must be added or configured in the process management. In this case, this is the Publish to MOXIS Guest hook.

1. Edit publish to MOXIS Guest hook

Please open the process management in the administration interface. Select the process for which you want to set the hook and navigate to the Hooks tab.

As soon as the edit icon is clicked (see figure 1 [1]), a pop-up opens.

The Publish for additional recipients option must be activated (see figure 2 [1]) if this is not already the case. Please do not forget to save the settings.
