The individual biometric data (such as IP address, signature drawing, window size, etc.) can now be accessed, opened and displayed from an accordion, depending on whether they are activated or not.
In addition, the [Next]-button has been extended to [Agree & Next]-to make it clear that consent must be given for the further processing of the data when biometric data is activated.
2. How do I allow the collection of location-based data in MOXIS Guest?
The biometric data collected in MOXIS Guest includes location-based data. If this is blocked, the signature process cannot be completed in some cases. However, it is possible to collect location-based data retrospectively.
XiTip
It may be that the collection of location data for the current session is blocked. In this case, it is sufficient to reload the page. Please note: Should it be the case, you will have to go through all the steps of the signature process again.
